Shani Hilliard a native of Denver, is a founding member of Sisterhood of Philanthropists Impacting Needs; S.P.I.N giving circle. Her journey started back in 2005 where she worked as programming assistant under NBA pro-athlete summer league whose nonprofits held Youth camps in Denver, Dallas & South Carolina. She later, as an advisor within corporate business groups that served community-based programs, focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion for African American professionals.

Shani is a 2011 graduate of Chamber Connect a leadership development program under the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado. Shani currently serves as Chair of the board of directors for the Community Investment Network (CIN) a forum for philanthropists committed to transforming their communities. She is also the founder and owner of Prime Connection Consulting LLC, a management and development group that caters to startups and small businesses.
